Located on the south shore of Providenciales, this charming, contemporary property overlooks the turquoise bay of Caicos. Designed by local architect Ron Shaw, this Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired villa is powered entirely by solar panels: welcome to the first villa on 'Provo' to adopt renewable energy!
Villa Sandy Bottom, a four-bedroom suite, offers unparalleled ocean views. It includes a living room, a dining room and an open plan kitchen. Everything is assembled with a chic interior design, going hand in hand with the luxury of the Caribbean.
This beachfront villa offers you three floors to explore. At the pool level, three suites including king bed, kitchen, living room and dining room overlook the pool where you can enjoy the pool bar and outdoor kitchen. The master bedroom is on the second floor. The latter offers a breathtaking view of the bay of Caicos, but also a panoramic view of the Flamingo Lake to the north (and yes, you can find beautiful flamingos!).
On the third floor, the shared living room with unparalleled comfort will allow you to enjoy the views of Turtle Trail, Flamingo Lake to the north and Caicos Bay to the south. A paradise in 'Provo'.

Sandy Bottom Villa is well-located on a gorgeous, sandy beach. The house is perfectly laid-out with the master bedroom suite perched above, and three en-suite king bedrooms stepped down toward the beach - great sound-proofing. My husband was thrilled that he could actually swim laps in the pool. Our three daughters and son-in-law took advantage of the kayaks and snorkeling equipment. The outdoor seating was a magnet for relaxation and perfect cover for our granddaughter. We watched the Super Bowl on the huge TV that rose up from a console in the living room with a view of the ocean behind it. We loved the huge fire pit on the beach, as well as watching a sunset from the roof-top open lounge area. Dined indoors and out; enjoyed great chef services five of our seven nights. Some enjoyed the air-conditioned bedrooms and some preferred the wonderful ocean air and ceiling fans. With daytime temperatures close to 80 degrees, the house layout kept us cool.
