We had an incredible stay at Sandy Bottom the last week in October, 2023.  The house is gorgeous and was perfect for our group (4 couples).  The bedrooms are spacious and clean.  The location of the house is perfect as well.  We went for walks along the beach in the morning and when turning a corner, you could feel the wind pick up; where we were was centrally located in an alcove and the ocean water was clear, warm and usually around 3-4 feet deep, which was perfect!

What really made our stay was the service from our butler, Morris.  He was PHENOMENAL.  He cooked us a few breakfasts and lunches when we did not have a chef come to the house (which was amazing as well and I would highly recommend), and he was very helpful in ensuring our house was stocked with what we needed and sharing helpful information about the island.

We made the most of our stay by taking out the kayaks, lounging in the hammocks and in the pool and ocean, sitting by the fire pit at night, and having happy hour on the roof deck.  We used the grill for lunch and ate on the outside patio and even had jet skis brought right to the house one afternoon.  Everything about this house is luxurious perfection and we would go back in a heartbeat!  Thank you to Morris and the rest of the staff for a phenomenal stay; we’ll be back!

Great experience renting a Villa through Turquoise Vacation Rentals.  Staff is super responsive to any questions / issues and are at your service to let you enjoy the vacation. Our group recently returned from a trip to Turks and Caicos. The best thing we ever did from start to finish was select Turquoise Vacation Rentals to manage and oversee our stay at Villa Alinna. The the team at Turquoise Vacation Rentals operate with the utmost professionalism. We were warmly greeted upon our arrival with welcome drinks and an incredible tour of the property. Ericka ensured that our group had every single thing we could possibly need for the duration of our stay. And Fritz... we could not be more grateful for Fritz. He was such a gentleman and arrived at the Villa every single morning to tidy up our Villa. Fritz kept the Villa immaculate and was very attentive to our needs. The service we received was unimaginable and truly top notch. Villa Alinna gave our group our own private slice of paradise. I must say, the villa we stayed in was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the most exceptional staff. The level of service was beyond compare. We cherished the tranquility of the location, nestled in a peaceful spot with breathtaking views overlooking pristine waters and what felt like our very own private beach.

Our days were filled with thrilling adventures on the kayaks and paddle boards, thanks to the villa's thoughtful amenities. The host and butler were absolute gems, always going the extra mile to ensure our every need was met, making our stay incredibly comfortable.

Speaking of comfort, the villa itself was incredibly spacious, and our family found it perfect for both restful nights and finding cozy corners for some alone time. We adored each of the family living rooms, and the pool and jacuzzi area were simply divine. Countless wonderful memories were made in this beautifully decorated and comfortable space.

Again, what truly set this villa apart were the special individuals who catered to our every desire. Our chef, Joseph, and butler, Raheem, along with the amazing house keeper and host, they made our experience absolutely unforgettable. The meals they prepared for us were not only incredibly fresh but also remarkably nutritious and mouthwateringly delicious! The variety in each breakfast, lunch, and dinner they crafted for us was a delight.

We had the most amazing time during our vacation! The villa was incredibly beautiful, clean and easy to navigate as far as connectivity with Wi-Fi and utilizing the sound system, TVs, etc.. We immediately felt at home and they made everything from booking car rental, dinner reservations and activities on the island super easy so all we had to do was relax!
