Common Area
The living, dining and kitchen area combine for one large ‘Great Room’ that creates a comfortable, social setting that seamlessly opens up to the exterior pool deck via large 11’ Italian glass sliding doors.
Pool Deck
The pool deck offers al-fresco seating throughout, including lounging sofas, sun chairs, a poolside daybed and a fire pit. There is an outdoor kitchen with a wet bar and large 42” gas barbecue.
The pool is a large 15’ x 45’ lap or lounge pool with a maximum depth of 5’ along with an infant’s section that is only 1’ in depth.
Running parallel to the pool deck is a mini turf soccer pitch, complete with two goals.
Upper Deck
Enjoy the open air, upper deck with ample seating and oversized umbrellas. This area overlooks the pool deck below, boat dock and canal. An elevated view ideal for stargazing or watching the sun rise.
Master Suite (1)
Largest in size, the master bedroom is located on the 2nd floor and offers direct access to the upper deck balcony.
Amenities include a flat screen LED television, surround sound speakers located in the ceiling that work via remote, work desk and a make-up desk with mirror.
A large ensuite bathroom entails a double vanity, large soaking tub and indoor shower that connects to a wooden, floating outdoor shower.
Guest Suites (4)
Each room boasts an ensuite bathroom, a flat screen TV, central air conditioning and upper deck balcony access.
Bedroom 2 is located on the 2nd floor and offers direct access to the upper deck balcony.
Bedroom 3 is also located on the 2nd floor and is furnished as a kid’s room with built-in bunk beds. The bottom bunk is a queen size and the top bunk is a twin. This room offers direct access to the upper deck balcony.
Bedroom 4 is located on the ground floor and exits to a private exterior balcony overlooking lush gardens to the West.
Guest House
Separate from the main house, the guest house offers a fully equipped kitchen and living room space.
Each of the two bedrooms offer king size beds with large ensuite bathrooms and a private exterior balcony overlooking the gardens.

Dock
Along the canal, Big Chill has a large dock, suitable for charter boats to easily pull up and take guests on the adventure of their choice. The villa’s concierge and management team are readily available to make any reservations upon the request of guests.
Ask us about ‘Little Chill’, for your opportunity to have a readily available and captained 30’ power catamaran powered by two 300 horsepower Yamaha’s.
The dock also offers paddleboards and kayaks complimentary for guests to use during their stay.
