Alinna is a contemporary oceanfront villa nestled along the serene shoreline of Chalk Sound National Park in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands. Set against the lagoon’s luminous teal waters and dramatic limestone cays, the villa offers a peaceful yet visually striking escape where water, sky, and light blend into every view. With seamless indoor-outdoor living and direct access to the calm, shallow sound, Alinna is designed for long, unhurried days of paddling, lounging, and exploring one of the island’s most extraordinary natural settings.
Inside, the main living space features an open-concept layout designed for comfort and connection. The villa’s single-level layout enhances ease and accessibility throughout, making it especially well-suited for families with young children or multi-generational groups. A shallow pool and effortless ocean access further add to its relaxed, family-friendly design.
A separate guest annex expands the property’s flexibility, featuring a game room, along with a compact gym. With prior approval, this space can also be converted into an additional suite with ensuite bathroom and ocean views.
Outdoors, guests enjoy a private pool and jacuzzi with uninterrupted views over Chalk Sound, creating a sense of complete seclusion and tranquility.
For exploration, multiple tandem and single kayaks and paddleboards are provided, allowing guests to navigate the calm waters and discover the many small cays just offshore within the protected national park—an area rich with marine life and natural beauty.
Alinna is also ideally located near two of Providenciales’ most beloved beaches, Sapodilla Bay and Taylor Bay. Guests can request beach gear in advance, including foldable chairs and a cooler for easy day trips around the island.
